Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant is one of the world's leading manufacturers of nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants and research reactors in Russia and abroad. It is also the only Russian manufacturer of lithium metal and its salts. It is part of TVEL fuel company of Rosatom State Corporation. The company was founded on September 25th, 1948. At present, ~ 6% of the total installed capacity of the world’s nuclear power reactors is powered by fuel produced at NCCP.
